Winter Outfits in Venice - Look 2
Hi Guys and welcome to the second post of my Winter Outfits in Venice!
I thoroughly enjoyed talking to you about our first day in Venice and, today, I am back with the stories of our amazing second day out.
On day 2 we woke up super early because I really wanted to enjoy the time here. Because it was raining, I chose a very comfortable but still stylish look. This look would be perfect for a full day of walking and sightseeing but also for dining in great restaurants and drinking Aperol Spritz everywhere! I chose to wear my Maje tulle, long, skirt (similar here) and I paired it with a black knit and top for warmth. I added my Karen Millen black coat (similar here) and wore my black, suede, Gucci boots (similar here).
I wanted to style this outfit with my vintage Chanel bag (similar here) so I picked up the purple pashmina from Louis Vuitton (similar here) to inject a little bit of color to the outfit!
I’ve finished up the look with my Gucci earrings (here), my old Prada sunglasses (here) and gorgeous gloves from Uterque with pearls (similar here).
We started the day with a very long walk and re discovered the most emblematic locations in Venice like this stunning bridge view (Ponte d’ell Accademia)!
I love a monochromatic look and this one is almost a classic for me: head to toe black with great statement accessories and unexpected details!
Venice is one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever visited and after several visits I still can’t get tired of admiring it’s beauty.
After a long morning walk we had lunch in the most perfect little restaurant that specialized in small bites of food, similar to tapas, called “chiccetti”, perfect cocktails and typical drinks like Aperol Spritz! It was a light lunch but so special and delicious!
Venice is the perfect city to wear the most beautiful and extravagant looks as the Italian Venetian residents are so fashionable and truly admire beauty, craftmanship and style! I saw so many littel boutiques selling gorgeous fashion, jewellery, art, stunning furniture and decor, gorgeous venetian masks, etc and, of course, I had to buy some pieces.
After more sighstseeing, visiting beautiful churches and museums, taking photographs and eating gorgeous meals we had a night stroll and enjoyed people watching until it was time for bed. The most perfect day!
