Last September (sorry for just posting about it now) I’ve spent 2 amazing weeks in Silves, Portugal. This is an area of enchanting beauty located just at the foot of the Algarve tallest mountain, Monchique. Me and my husband rented a large 4 bedroom villa with breathtaking views of the mountain and I just didn’t want to leave!

No passado mes de Setembro (desculpem postar tao tarde) eu passei 2 semanas maravilhosas na zona de Silves, Portugal. Esta e uma zona de beleza maravilhosa que se localiza no sope da serra do Algarve, a serra de Monchique. Eu e o meu marido alugamos aqui uma villa, enorme, com 4 quartos e vistas da montanha de cortar a respiracao. Foi tao bom que eu ja nao queria voltar para casa!

I’m wearing a stunning striped dress by Claudie Pierlot and Schutz sandals with H&M earrings, my red sunglasses by D&G and my new gold Just Cavalli watch.

Vesti um vestido, lindo, com padrao de riscas da marca Claudie Pierlot e sandalias Schutz com brincos H&M, os meus oculos-de-sol vermelhos D&G e o meu relogio novo, dourado, da marca Just Cavalli.

This was a place of peace and quiet where you could unwind and spend infinite days by the pool or relaxing in one of the many sunbeds. We had a few people over, my parents, my brother and my sister in law, my niece and nephew and my grand father and everyone enjoyed the spectacular views, the slow pace of the mountain, the amazing villa and the closeness to the beach.

Este e um lugar de paz e sossego onde podemos relaxar e passar dias infinitos junto a piscina ou a descontrair em uma das muitas espreguicadeiras. Nos fizemos questao de convidar a familia, os meu pais, irmao e cunhada, os meus sobrinhos e o meu avo e toda a gente adorou as vistas incriveis, o ritmo lento da montanha , a villa soberba e a proximidade da praia.

This is a summery look that I toughened with black sandals and later a leather biker jacket for the evening but that tells me clearly that Claudie Pierlot can make really fabulous dresses. I have been a fan from the brand for several years now and although they do not have many stores in the UK I always find a way to get my favourite pieces.

Este e um look de Verao que eu tornei mais moderno e sofisticado com as sandalias pretas e, para a noite, um casaco de cabedal biker, que me diz claramente que a marca Claudie Pierlot consegue fazer vestidos fabulosos. Eu ja sou fan da marca ha varios anos e, mesmo que eles nao possuam muitas lojas no UK, eu consigo sempre adquirir as minhas pecas favoritas.
