The holiday season is here and, as I told you on my previous post, I stocked up my closet full of glittery, shiny garments and even accessories! I couldn't stop myself as I find them beautiful, festive and filled of enchantment...

Although these are by definition 'festive' I've found a way to incorporate them in my every day outfits and feel the magic of this time of the year every single day!

A epoca festiva esta ja aqui e, como vos disse no post anterior, recheei o meu closet com pecas e accessorios brilhantes e com glitter! Acho-os bonitos, festivos e cheios de encanto e, por isso, nao me consegui conter...

Apesar de serem por definicao 'festivos' eu encontrei uma maneira de os incorporar nos meus outfits diarios e sentir a magia desta altura do ano a cada dia!

I'm wearing a glittery, long sleeved, top (get it here) with grey ripped jeans (similar here) and sparkly, slouchy, boots (here). I'm also wearing an overcoat in fur (similar here), red Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses (similar here), my Louis Vuitton Speedy (here) and a crystal and silver necklace and earrings by Swarovski (similar here).

Estou a usar um top, com brilhos, de mangas compridas (comprem aqui) com calcas de ganga cinza (semelhantes aqui) e botas 'moles' brilhantes (aqui). Tambem estou a usar um sobretudo em pelo (semelhante aqui); oculos-de-sol, vermelhos, Dolce & Gabbana (semelhantes aqui); a minha mala Speedy Louis Vuitton (aqui) e um colar e brincos Swarovski (semelhante aqui).

As I mentioned on my previous post (for those who remember), the secret to wearing shiny fabrics on your everyday outfits is to match them with everyday pieces and keep it simple with neutral colours. On this look, I did just that: I matched the glittery silver top and boots with a pair of distressed grey skinny jeans and a fur brown coat. The only colourful and fun elements are the sunglasses and makeup in red.

Como eu mencionei no post anterior (para aqueles que se lembram) o segredo para usar tecidos e accessorios brilhantes nos nossos outfits diarios e combina-los com pecas tambem diarias e cores neutras. Neste look, eu fiz isso mesmo: combinei o top e botas brilhantes com um par de jeans, cinza, rasgados e um sobretudo, em pelo, castanho. Os unicos elementos coloridos e divertidos sao os oculos-de-sol e a maquilhagem em vermelho.

These glittery boots are so fabulous! They can be rocked with distressed jeans or other everyday pieces for a day look (as seen here) or with a short dress or occasion pieces for a night look. Estas botas brilhantes sao tao fabulosas! Elas podem ser usadas com jeans rasgados ou outras pecas diarias para um look de dia (como nas fotos) ou com um vestido curto ou outras pecas de ocasiao para um look de noite. Sao super faceis de coordenar e dao aquele extra "humpf" a qualquer outfit. Uma escolha inteligente para esta estacao!
