Hello everybody!! This time the focus of my blog is about evening wear or, to be more specific, resort evening wear! As you know I spent a wonderful time in Gran Canaria and today's post is about what I wore for a dinner date. We left the hotel at twilight and stopped by the beach to take these amazing pics! I hope you guys like them!

Ola a todos!! Desta vez o foco do meu blog esta voltado para a roupa de sair a noite ou, para ser mais especifica, roupa de resort de noite! Como sabem, eu passei um tempo maravilhoso de ferias, na Gran Canaria, e o post de hoje e sobre o que escolhi usar para um jantar. Nos deixamos o hotel ao entardecer e passamos pela praia para tirar estas fotos fantasticas! Espero que gostem!

For this dinner date I chose to wear a long, green and white, dress and I matched it with my fringed, black suede, jacket and my fringed clutch. I'm also wearing a pair of blue sunnies, a pair of burgundy ballerinas and some jewellery tat's. As for accessories I'm only wearing a selection of different rings.

Para este jantar eu decidi vestir um vestido longo, em verde e branco, que combinei com o meu casaco de franjas, em suede preto, e a minha clutch tambem de franjas. Estou a usar, tambem, um par de oculos-de-sol azuis, umas bailarinas em burgundy e algumas tatuagens "joalharia". No que toca aos accessorios escolhi apenas uma seleccao de aneis diferentes.

This beautiful dress by Roberto Cavalli is long, light, and simply perfect for an early evening! I'm usually very shy when it comes to wearing green colours, however I fell in love with this dress...
The zebra print, polka dots and roses bring a fun and light feeling to this occasion wear piece.

Este vestido lindo Roberto Cavalli e longo, leve, e simplesmente perfeito para um entardecer! Eu sou normalmente muito timida no que toca a usar a cor verde, no entanto apaixonei-me por esta peca... O estampado zebra, os polka dots e as rosas trazem a esta peca de noite um ar divertido e ligeiro.

When someone says: "Oh! She's wearing a cute, girly, dress..." I always get a bit thrown! How come a 'cute, girly dress' is a bad thing? Maybe not bad, but we always assume it's a "good girl" dress and that the woman wearing it should be "it" by definition. Well, I wanted to show you guys that the "cute, girly dress" can actually look fierce if we now how to style it! Just add a modern twist, like this fringed, black suede, jacket and a fringed leather clutch to match and you'll look nothing else than a bad-ass!

Quando alguem diz: "Oh! Ela esta a usar um vestido engracado e feminino..." Eu fico sempre um pouco incomodada! Quando e que um "vestido engracado e feminino" passou a ser uma coisa ma? Bem, talvez "ma" seja um exagero, mas assumimos sempre que e um vestido de "boa rapariga" e por definicao assim e a mulher que o usa. Bem, eu queria mostrar-vos que o vestido "engracado e feminino" pode ficar espectacular se soubermos como o estlizar correctamente! Basta adicionar um toque moderno como este casaco de suede preto, com franjas, e uma clutch de cabedal preta e vai ficar algo de espectacular e moderno.

Once again my taste for mixing "high" and "low" is present: the dress was a "high" purchase and an investment (by Roberto Cavalli) as was the leather clutch (by Uterque). However, the fringed black suede jacket was a "low" one (by Primark). They work perfectly together turning this outfit into something much more interesting.

Uma vez mais o meu gosto pela mistura do "caro" com o "barato" esta presente: o vestido, da marca Roberto Cavalli, foi um investimento assim como a clutch de cabedal da marca Uterque. No entanto, o casaco de suede preto, com franjas, foi super accessivel na loja Primark. Eles trabalham perfeitamente em conjunto, tornando este outfit em algo muito mais interessante.
