Hello everyone!! January is one of the colder months but, for me, that’s a great sartorial opportunity! I love wearing layers and different textures in my outfits and the cold associated with the beginning of the new year can feel great when you’re wearing a fabulous outfit filled with details and great pieces.

Ola a todos!! O mes de Janeiro e um dos meses mais frios mas, para mim, essa e uma optima oportunidade sartorial! Eu adoro usar diferentes camadas e texturas nos meus outfits e o frio associado como o inicio do novo ano pode ser quase agradavel quando se usa um outfit fabuloso com pecas e detalhes incriveis.

For this particular cold and sunny day I wore my new velvet trousers by The Kooples (get them here) and I paired them with a lace see trough blouse by Zara (similar here), a long overcoat by Karen Millen (here) and my new leopard ankle boots by Giuseppe Zanotti (similar here). I also wore my Michael Kors leather bag (similar here), sunglasses by Jeepers Peepers (similar here) and jewellery by Swarovski (earrings and watch similar here and here).

These trousers by The Kooples are so gorgeous!! They are a statement piece that can upgrade any outfit and will look fabulous with whatever you pair them with. When I first saw them I loved the black crushed velvet, the wide leg shape and the stunning metal belt and zipper. I found them to be super comfortable and easy to wear and they are now my favourite pair in my closet. I always loved The Kooples! They make incredible pieces that are modern and edgy but still feminine! This brand is a definite must for me and I will be purchasing much more! See the full collections here. Estas calcas da marca The Kooples sao lindas!! Uma peca ‘statement’ que torna qualquer outfit mais especial e que fica linda com qualquer outra peca de roupa. Quando as via adorei o veludo preto martelado, o feitio de perna larga e o incrivel cinto e zipper metalicos. Achei-as super confortaveis e faceis de usar e sao agora o meu par favorito no meu closet. Eu sempre adorei a marca The Kooples! This is a full monochromatic look with the exception of the shoes. You guys know I love to wear black and this look was no exception! I added the leopard and blue booties for a fun touch but the main idea of this look as to show you a way to wear head to toe black! It’s easy if you go for different textures, fabrics and shapes.

Este e um look total monocromatico com a excepcao dos sapatos. Voces sabem que eu adoro usar preto e neste look isso nao foi excepcao! Adicionei os botins em leopardo e azul para dar um toque divertido e interessante ao look mas a ideia principal aqui foi mostrar-vos como usar um look preto total! E facil se escolhermos diferentes texturas, tecidos e feitios.
